The challenge

Northern Beaches Council engaged Corporate Crayon to solve for the recruitment and retention of talent. Northern Beaches Council needed an EVP story that spoke to the organisation and its people, beyond mere salaries and benefits, and captivate the heart of the community celebrating what makes working at Northern Beaches Council unique.

The outcome

Engaging employees and executives with our signature Energy Audit, creative focus groups and stakeholder interviews, we collated the true points of difference for employees at the council. Bringing these data points together, we crafted an EVP story that celebrated Northern Beaches Council’s offering with their values at the heart. This highlighted the family qualities of their team. The final result? A powerful EVP film with imagery local to the Northern Beaches, and an authentic description of who they are: “Making a difference is second nature”.
