Evelyn is a commercial business strategist with strong Organisational Design, Culture and Leadership Development expertise. She developed the Blueprint for workplace motivation following extensive empirical qualitative and quantitative research in 2016.

With over 20 years working in HR leadership roles in Australia, Asia Pacific, South America and Europe, Evelyn understands how to motivate individuals and can guide organisations to create cultures that support their growth and commercial outcomes.

As CEO of Corporate Crayon, she is dedicated to inspire work that matters through practical, results driven initiatives, insights and tools to support meaningful work.
