DEVELOPING LEADERS

The challenge

Suntory has been developing senior leaders through global leadership programs run across the world and in person, building cross cultural leadership capability. The pandemic in 2020 put a sharp halt on the programs in a time when leaders needed support on how to lead their teams.

The outcome

We developed an e-learning video series in partnership with Suntory University. A series of bite sized video content comprising masterclasses, Q&A sessions and live e-learning across the topics leaders needed most. The Expert Insight Series leveraged external and internal thought leaders to inspire and motivate leaders around the world to continue their development journey.
