ENERGY AUDIT AND COMMS CAMPAIGN

The challenge

AGL engaged Corporate Crayon to assess their culture through workplace motivation. A communications campaign was needed to rejuvinate AGL’s culture and generate a collaborative and engaging environment for internal teams.

The outcome

Engaging employees and managers, we conducted our signature Energy Audit. From the strong quantitative and qualitative data generated, we generated insights and recommendations for action.
With ‘Connection’ playing a significant part in motivating and attracting talent, we built a communications campaign. This included energising a leadership cohort through a creative experience and full comms strategy implementation to inspire a collaborative culture.
