The challenge

Suntory engaged Corporate Crayon to solve for the relaunch and dissemination of Suntory’s Leadership Competencies. Suntory needed a method of enriching and communicating their leadership values across continents, to bolster rising young talents. The competencies needed to be presented in an engaging manner, and be approachable to an international audience, while staying true to the corporate brand and parent company approach.

The outcome

With extensive stakeholder interviews and access to a wide array of marketing materials, we distilled the core messages central to each competency and brought them to life in the SLC Booklet—with the use of inspired imagery and real life examples. We then designed, built and produced a workshop challenge that would facilitate leadership across all countries: A leadership board game ‘PEAK’. Giving opportunity to share experiences and lessons, boost camaraderie, and provide an impactful and memorable tool to support leadership development across the organisation.
